Exhalation. \nEach Breath a “yes\,” \nand a letting go\, a journey\, and a coming home. \nDanna Faulds\, Breath of Life \nThe forest is alive. It breathes. Its trees are aware. Its creatures are perfect in their simple steadfast presence. If you are quiet enough to listen\, it will receive you and it will reveal its mysteries. The forest is an ideal place to rest the busy mind. It is a place where you can return to wholeness. It is a healing place. \nWe invite you to join us within the refuge of a quiet wooded setting. Over the course of 3 1/2 days together your guides will support you to reconnect with your wild true nature through guided meditations\, council practice and time for walking the land. \nWe will gather at 4:00 pm on Thursday\, September 14th when we will check in briefly and establish our camp.  Following dinner\, we will begin to settle into forest time with an evening meditation. Beginning on Friday morning we will ease into a spacious daily schedule. The focus of our time together will be self-care and rejuvenation\, resting into each unfolding moment.
