A day to explore the mother-daughter relationship and deepen your connection with each other, while being supported by Mother Nature. You will be invited to spend intentional time alone in nature, with your daughter, and with the community. There will be time to practice deep listening, cultivate authenticity, and witness each other through guided council practices. We will also lead you in gratitude practices, meditation, expressive movement, and songs.
Questions we will ponder: Who Am I In This Relationship? How Can I Show Up Authentically And More Connected In This Relationship?
We have a beautiful
mother
Her hills
are buffaloes
Her buffaloes
hills.
We have a beautiful
mother
Her oceans
are wombs
Her wombs
oceans.
We have a beautiful
mother
Her teeth
the white stones
at the edge
of the water
the summer
grasses
her plentiful
hair.
We have a beautiful
mother
Her green lap
immense
Her brown embrace
eternal
Her blue body
everything we know.
