The core of your  true self is never lost.
Let go of all the pretending & the becoming you’ve done just to belong; curl up with your rawness and come home.
You don’t have to  find yourself; you just have to let yourself in.

Join us and an amazing group of women on a day long retreat in nature. Through various ecotherapy practices, we will give you the tools to experience greater clarity and feel grounded and joyful. We will offer invitations to set intentions, create a gratitude practice, support you in a powerful solo journey, as well as create space for you to share your emotions, stories and be witnessed in a council circle. You will end the day treated to a home cooked meal in a beautiful home, overlooking the Sonoma Coastline.

We welcome you to join us for a day of mindfulness, connection and renewal. This is an invitation to give yourself time to tend to YOUR needs, an opportunity to reconnect deeply with Mother Earth, and be amongst an intimate group of women who can relate to the joys and challenges of life.

It’s simple, yet so profound, to pause and give yourself an opportunity to connect, be present and feel resourced. As busy women, we often don’t make time for self-care and self-love. Life can be so full and overwhelming and we can feel isolated. We find ourselves so engaged with the day-to-day, that we do not make time to recharge.

Spend a day in deep connection with others and nature, working through challenges and cultivating joy and mindfulness…remembering and honoring your authentic self.

We acknowledge that the land upon which we offer this program is the unceded ancestral homeland of the Coast Miwok people, who have continuously lived there for thousands of years. Their endurance and wisdom inspire us to continue our efforts to create an inclusive, life-sustaining society that is in balance with Mother Earth.

Questions we will ponder:
• What are you willing to release that is holding you back from being fully present?
• What is it you plan to do with your one wild and precious life?! (-Mary Oliver)
